Frances Savage

Frances is undertaking a 2 year diploma at The Clay College in Stoke on Trent, where she is developing her skills in all aspects of studio pottery. She currently draws inspiration from the traditions of medieval British pottery, looking at generous forms with functionality. She is interested in developing slips and glazes from found materials and is has been really enjoying learning to reduction fire in a gas kiln.
